Toning Down Political Extremes: A Call for Balance in Our Words and Actions

In Malta, just like in many parts of the world, political debate has become louder, harsher, and often more divisive. Each side blames the other for being political extremes, yet both the far right and the far left are guilty of language that fuels hostility rather than dialogue. The truth is simple: being on the right does not make you a fascist, just as being on the left does not make you a communist. Yet when rhetoric becomes extreme, that is when danger begins to creep in.
